BDFSC Holdings Corp., headquartered in Johnston, Iowa, has been in existence since 1996 and operates three Subsidiaries:  Broker Dealer Financial Services Corp., Investment Advisors Corp., and Bankers Financial Services, LLC.

Bankers Financial Services, LLC (BFS) designs and distributes financial products and services for community banks.  The Index Certificate of Deposit program is now sold in banks and other financial institutions throughout the U.S.   The firm supports banks by developing products and services that compete in the rapidly changing financial services industry.

Broker Dealer Financial Services was originally incorporated and registered in 1979.  The company was acquired in 1991 and has become a premier regional financial service firm offering clients and representatives a full range of financial products and services with local and national appeal.  Broker Dealer Financial Services, LLC is registered in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and has branch offices throughout the United States.  It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodities Future Trade Commission (CFTC), and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), and the National Association of Independent Broker Dealers (NAIBD).  In addition, Broker Dealer Financial Services Corp. is comprised of two Divisions, BDF Investments and IBA Securities.

Established in June 1995, BDF Investments is a Division of Broker Dealer Financial Services, LLC  In that capacity, the Division provides full-service investment support through its six branch offices.    The Division provides financial consulting and investment opportunities including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance, and other fee and transaction based products.  BDF Investments is dedicated to serving both customers and representatives by providing a broad range of investment alternatives, coupled with experienced back office and compliance support.  Throughout its entire history, the theme of BDF Investments has been “the clients’ interest always comes first”.

Since 1984, IBA Securities has been providing investment brokerage services to banks.  IBA Securities expands the menu of investment products and services community banks provide to their customers by creating customized bank brokerage programs.  The firm supports banks through every step of developing a profitable investment center.  This includes a thorough financial analysis outlining the low overhead costs and strong forecasted contributions to the bank’s bottom line.  Partnering with their bank clients, the firm locates and trains investment representatives, manages regulatory and compliance issues, provides FINRA and state licensing assistance and offers continual sales and marketing support from initial program development through each client transaction.  IBA Securities is the only broker dealer endorsed by the Iowa Bankers Association and has contractual relationships with over eighty Iowa banks.  IBA Securities is the largest provider of this service in Iowa.

Established in 1996, Investment Advisors Corp. specializes in comprehensive asset management to corporations, endowments and foundations in addition to high net-worth investors.  Investment Advisors Corp. utilizes contracted service partners, institutional money mangers and Certified Financial Planners (CFPs) to provide a wide range of fee-based services including investment management, financial planning, consulting, estate planning, charitable giving and risk management planning.
